Register stock envelope types, and optionally the live stack.
Always registers Request, Response, Notification, and Error. When live is true, also registers Live.Invoke and the live handler singletons ( Live.Remote, Live.Subscribe, Live.Callback).
Call once before listen. Clients that construct Client already get envelope types plus Live.Invoke; they must not pass live true.
