WebKitGTK-shaped — data_directory / cache_directory are accepted for API parity. On Windows the host picks the profile: the interactive user's LocalAppData (webview2gtk\shared, or webview2gtk\profiles\wv_* once the local host proxy is on). An elevated process does not use the administrator profile. These two arguments are not that path.
