NetworkSession
Object Hierarchy:
Description:
public class NetworkSession : Object
WebKitGTK-shaped network session — cookies + download_started.
Download COM handlers are installed per WebView2Host when a WebView binds this session (shared session ⇒ same Vala callbacks on each
host).

Creation methods:
- public NetworkSession (string? data_directory = null, string? cache_directory = null)
WebKitGTK-shaped — data_directory / cache_directory
are accepted for API parity. On Windows the host picks the profile: the interactive user's LocalAppData (webview2gtk\shared, or
webview2gtk\profiles\wv_* once the local host proxy is on). An elevated process does not use the administrator profile. These
two arguments are not that path.
